DELIVERY POLICY

Thank you for visiting and shopping our homeware collections at The Room Stylist.

 

Delivery Policy processing time 

 

We only deliver to addresses within the UK.

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, the delivery may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. 


 

Delivery estimates and rates

Orders are dispatched with Royal Mail (Tracked 48) at a cost of £4.95 or DPD at a cost of £5.95. Options will be available at checkout. Orders will be delivered between 2-5 business days once processed.

International Delivery Policy 

We currently do not deliver outside the UK.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Return

If you are not completely satisfied, please contact us within 30 days of purchase to arrange a refund or replacement.

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it, in its original packaging and undamaged in any way. 

 

Refund

After we receive your item, we’ll inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Damaged / Broken Items on Arrival

 

In the rare event, your item has a fault upon receipt, we will offer you an exchange or refund.

 

We recommend customers closely inspect their items upon receipt as we operate a strict 14 days period following the date of sale to report faults, and a further 14 days to then return. After this period we reserve the right to refuse returns.

 

Please note that we will not consider or investigate any complaints raised more than 14 days after your order has been received. 


 

Gifts


We are only able to provide refunds to the original cardholder by the same payment method used, and not to giftees.
